BF 2023 UPDATE

Dear Everyone,

First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and patience over the past year. Your understanding means so much to our team as we work tirelessly around the clock to expedite production and process all orders as efficiently as possible.

We understand how frustrating the wait has been and want you to know that we deeply share in your frustration. Over the past six months, our team has been actively seeking and collaborating with new manufacturers to accelerate production timelines. Additionally, we have taken on a significant portion of the production process ourselves to help move things along more quickly.

We wanted to provide you with an update on our current production progress. At the moment, we are finalizing production for 2023 orders, with the remainder being our Black Friday release. This release included over 300 designs, which has significantly increased the time required to complete fulfillment. The overwhelming volume of orders has led us to the decision that, moving forward, we will no longer be able to offer such a large variety of designs for future Black Friday releases.

We are aiming to fully complete the Black Friday 2023 orders by February of this year while simultaneously working to fulfill all outstanding apparel orders.

We sincerely thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work hard to catch up and deliver your items.
