Due to the limited nature of our products we are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. We suggest purchasing ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE so you may file claims for any lost/stolen parcels with ease.
When you are purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions we have in place. It is not our shop's responsibility if a customer does not take the time to read the information provided on our website.

Route Shipping Insurance
- We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Route as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.
- Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. For any orders lost or stolen in the mail that did not opt-in with Route Shipping Insurance, please contact USPS/UPS directly. Speak to your local USPS/UPS office and/or file a complaint online.

***For UPS orders you must file a claim online. Once a claim has been filed UPS will reach out to us directly in regards to your claim. We cannot start a claim on behalf of a customer and can not move forward with any claims until we have received a formal notice from UPS directly.***

To be eligible for a return for an incorrect item, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in it's original packaging. Please make sure to include your order details when returning incorrect items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt and photo's of the products.
Please email our team with your order number, as well as photo's of the items that were received in your package so we may better assist you.

If you have received a defective product upon delivery or have received the wrong item please email our team with your order information as well as photos.

Due to the limited nature of our products we may offer a replacement if one is available. If we are un able to replace a product this would be the only time we will be able to refund the item/order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. And notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

CLAIMS ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS/PRODUCTS MUST BE PLACED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT

(If you have ordered the wrong size you will not be able to replace or receive a refund for the item, this return policy applies to orders with errors made on behalf of our team ONLY.)

If you are approved, we will then send you a replacement or a refund if the item was a manufacturer error and not a user error. Your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days. (Depending on the bank you may have). Replacements will take a couple weeks for production and will be sent out accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All orders will receive tracking. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
