- We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Route as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.

Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. To be eligible for a return for an incorrect item, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in it's original packaging. Please make sure to include your order details when returning incorrect items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt and photo's of the products.
Please email our team with your order number, as well as photo's of the items that were received in your package so we may better assist you.

Due to the limited nature of our products we may offer a replacement if one is available. If we are un able to replace a product this would be the only time we will be able to refund the item/order.

Once your return of the wrong or defective product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. And notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note if the damages are made by the mail carrier we are not responsible for any damages caused by delivery.

If you are approved, we will then send you a replacement or a refund if the item was a manufacturer error and not by user error or damage by the mail carrier . Your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days. (Depending on the bank you may have). Replacements will take a couple weeks for production and will be sent out accordingly.
