Q:How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: All orders will be shipped via USPS/UPS depending on the mail service you choose at check out. All orders will receive tracking information.
Typically orders within the United States take 3-5 business days once shipped and 7-21 business days for international orders. It also depends on the type of mailing service speed you have chosen at check out.
We also urge our customers to please read the product description as all pre-order wait times are listed on each item. Pre-Order wait times DO NOT include the time for the product to be shipped out but the time it will be in production and quality controlled. ***PRODUCTION TIMES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE***
By finalizing a purchase on our shop you are agree to the following:
- "I understand that I am purchasing a PRE-ORDER product and not an IN-STOCK product. Therefore I agree to the TERMS & CONDITIONS of the pre-order process and that ALL SALES ARE FINAL"
WE WILL NOT SHIP YOUR PACKAGE UNTIL ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER ARE AVILABLE TO BE SHIPPED.
If your order has been marked as delivered and was unfortunately lost or stolen please contact USPS/UPS with the tracking information provided. Once an order has been shipped it is unfortunately out of our hands and USPS/UPS is held liable for the safe delivery of your package.
If the package was also damaged by the mail carrier we highly suggest filing a claim or opting into our ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE as we are not responsible for damages made by the carrier.

Route Shipping Insurance
- We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Route as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.
- Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. Route does not pay custom/duty fees. For a detailed breakdown of Route's official insurance policy, please reference their help center here.

Q: Will I be able to update my shipping address?
A: If you have entered your address incorrectly please use the Contact Form to provide us with the correct address or email us directly at support@lowkeygeeks.us with your order number and new shipping details.
If your order has already been shipped, the address provided cannot be changed. We suggest you speak to your local USPS/UPS with the tracking information provided to see if they will be able to change it for you. We will only be able to resend your package if it has been sent back to us.
If your package has been sent back we will notify you immediately via email in regards to your package. As a courtesy we will ship it out ONCE more (U.S Orders ONLY by USPS). If for any reason the item is shipped back to us a second time we would have to charge for re-shipping the item once again.
Q: Once I have placed an order will I be able to change my order or request for a refund.
A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are non-refundable. (When you are purchasing from our store, you are then agreeing to our Terms & Conditions that are in place.)
This applies to all products and pre-orders.
However, if you have received a defective product upon delivery a replacement will be sent upon request if available. (Please view our Refund/Return Policy page for more information).
Due to the limited nature of our products you may not switch or cancel items within your order once your purchase has been finalized. Please carefully review your order prior to check out.
Q: I forgot to use the input the discount Code:
A: Any and all codes will ONLY apply if the customer inputs the code prior to check out. The code cannot be applied after your purchase has been finalized.
ANY & ALL DISCOUNT CODES must be applied prior to check out.
DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE STACKED.
Only one discount code can be used at a time.
During certain sales our store may have discount codes that are automatically applied to your purchase. Which will not allow you to use any of your redeemed discount codes. Please save those codes for your next purchase when a discount code is not automatically applied to your purchases.
GIFT CARDS:
Please note when purchasing a gift card you will not be able to earn loyalty points for the purchase. The customer that will be using the gift card will be the one to earn from the purchase.
Q: I forgot to log into my account, will I be able to still receive my points?
A: We urge customers to please make sure that they are properly logged into their account prior to making any purchases, as our team will not be able to add the points for any purchases at a later time.
Our team is not responsible for allocating reward points if a customer is not properly logged in. Our team is also not responsible if a customer chooses to redeem any points and later wishes to reverse the rewards back into their account.
Q: How do you suggest we wash your apparel?
A: We suggest you please cold wash and hang dry our apparel. Care instructions will also be provided on the label of each garment. If you have any questions or concerns please email our team for further information.
Please DO NOT hot wash and dryer our apparel as it may damage the item and its longevity.
Q: Do you accept sponsorship/collaborations?
A: Yes we welcome sponsorship's although we are only able to accept a few at a time due to the limited nature of our products. We ask you please send us a cover letter with an introduction about yourself, how both parties will benefit from this sponsorship/collaboration & your portfolio please.

Q: My order has been sent back to you guys what do I do?
A: If your package has been sent back we will notify you via email regarding the situation. As a courtesy we will ship your order out ONCE more (U.S Orders ONLY USING USPS). If for any reason the package is shipped back to us a second time we would have to charge for re-shipping the package once again. Please make sure that the address provided is correct to avoid any errors/delays with your packages.
Q: How long do pre-orders take to ship out?
A: We would like to remind our customers to please read the product description of the item you are purchasing as pre-order production and processing times will vary depending on the release and product.
However wait times do not include the time for your package to be shipped, only the time it will be in production and in quality control. When all the items in your order are available they will then begin processing for shipping.
Once your order has been shipped you will then receive a notification email that will include your tracking information. Depending on your email settings these may end up in your spam/junk mail so best to keep an eye out.

Q: How much is shipping per order?
A: The prices for shipping & handling are automatically generated by the total weight of the order and will be updated when you check out. International shipping is also available.
We have been trying our best to keep rates down and have been eating up as much of the cost as possible, but with the recent up-charge we will have to use the calculated rates from USPS & UPS that will automatically be shown once you are ready to check your cart out.
Q: I just made a purchase and forgot to add something to my cart. Will I be able to combine my orders?
A: Unfortunately will not be able to combine your orders per request. We try our best to minimize any errors or delays with your order's. Combining orders will also affect shipping rates, as the price is based on the weight of your package. If our team were to combine the orders, there would be no way for our team to charge the difference for any of the added products. This may also further delay orders as wait times vary per item and release.
We urge our customers to please verify and confirm their purchases prior to check out.
Q: I received the wrong item/I am missing an item from my order what do I do?
A: If you have received the wrong item or are missing anything from your order please notify our team as soon as possible. This must be done within 30 days of delivery, or our team will not be able to accommodate any changes or requests after the 30-day threshold.
Q: Will you guys restock any of the stickers/apparel?
A: Unfortunately, we do not restock any of our older designs as we create weekly releases with new content every Friday at 6 pm PST.
However, if we decide to restock/reopen pre-orders for one of our older designs we will announce them on our social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) for special holidays and for conventions only. It also depends on the demand we receive from customers if they would like to see an item to return to our store.

Q: How do I sign up for the rewards program?
A: If you have already signed up for an account on our website you will automatically be registered to be a part of our loyalty program. If you have not made an account with us you can do so by clicking the "Account" tab on the upper right corner of our home page.
Sign up for our loyalty program will only be available when our store is OPEN.
