Due to the recent situation with customs and tariffs, some of our goods have been held at customs for longer periods than expected. Unfortunately this is something that is not within our control, as any package can be held by customs for any reason they see fit.
Please note we will not be able to process your order until all items within your purchase are available, to be processed for shipping.
If you have questions regarding your specific order, we kindly ask that you reach out to our team directly. As each order is unique and may involve different production timelines, we do not have an automated system in place to send individualized updates.
As a small, two-person team managing all aspects of the business including manufacturing coordination, quality control, order fulfillment, and customer support we do our best to balance transparency with timely production and shipping. Sending individual status emails for every order would unfortunately take time away from fulfilling orders as efficiently as possible.
To keep everyone informed, we maintain an Updates section on our website where we post when items have completed production and are actively being processed for shipping. This allows us to share progress with all customers in a timely and consistent manner.
