Hello everyone,
We would like to share a brief production update with our customers. Please note that our manufacturers will be closed for approximately 2–3 weeks in February in observance of the Lunar New Year. As a result, there may be a slight delay in the production of accessories during this period.
Our manufacturing partners have already shipped all items that were completed prior to the closure, and we are currently awaiting their arrival. Any items that were not finished before the holiday will resume production once operations reopen after the Lunar New Year.
If you have questions regarding your specific order, we kindly ask that you reach out to our team directly. As each order is unique and may involve different production timelines, we do not have an automated system in place to send individualized updates.
As a small, two-person team managing all aspects of the business including manufacturing coordination, quality control, order fulfillment, and customer support we do our best to balance transparency with timely production and shipping. Sending individual status emails for every order would unfortunately take time away from fulfilling orders as efficiently as possible.
To keep everyone informed, we maintain an Updates section on our website where we post when items have completed production and are actively being processed for shipping. This allows us to share progress with all customers in a timely and consistent manner.
