Hello everyone,
We wanted to share a brief update regarding the first three designs in our new promo card release. These are currently in production with an official trading card print house, and we’re truly excited to see them nearing completion.
First and foremost, we want to sincerely thank everyone for their continued patience, understanding, and support. We know delays can be frustrating, and we want you to know that none of this time has been taken lightly. We are working consistently behind the scenes to move things forward, improve our processes, and find better, faster solutions wherever possible.
The past year has presented us with challenges we did not anticipate ranging from manufacturing setbacks and apparel-related delays to rising material costs, shipping complications, tariffs, and unexpected changes to our warehouse expenses. As a very small team, navigating these obstacles has not been easy, but we want to be transparent and honest about what we’re facing rather than stay silent.
Please know that we are not giving up. Every day, we are actively working to recover, adapt, and ensure that the products you receive meet the quality standards you deserve. Your support truly means everything to us, and it is what allows us to keep pushing forward even during difficult moments.
