Update

Hello everyone,

We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patience and support as we navigate the delays we’ve been facing. We won’t sugarcoat it, this journey has been challenging. Behind the scenes, we are working tirelessly to catch up, improve our processes, and find lasting solutions.

The ongoing manufacturing delays, rising costs, and increased tariffs have made operations especially difficult. Please know that we are not taking our time lightly, every step is being made with urgency and care. Since the setbacks caused by our previous manufacturer, we’ve absorbed as many costs as possible to avoid passing them on to you. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be fixed overnight, particularly in today’s retail and economic climate.

We understand that many other small vendors are facing similar hardships, which makes us even more thankful for every single customer who continues to stand by us. Your patience means the world. We are committed to ensuring you receive the quality you deserve, which is why we’ve been working with multiple manufacturers to reduce strain on any single one and prevent further bottlenecks. While some partnerships have not worked out due to communication or timing issues, we will never send out a product that we are not proud of.

Whenever possible, we include bonus merchandise in delayed orders as a small token of our appreciation. Please remember, we are a very small team, not a large corporation. Like many, we also face personal challenges outside of work, but we do our best to keep them separate from our business. That said, some days are more difficult than others.

We truly would not be here without your trust, patience, and support. Your purchase is never taken for granted, and we deeply respect the hard-earned money you choose to spend with us. We are pushing hard to accelerate production in the coming months, and we kindly ask for your continued patience as we work through the logistics that have made operating as a small business in the current climate more challenging than ever.
